Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Stonk Rider, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Entertainment only

No financial advice or brokerage service

Stonk Rider is an arcade game. Historical market lines become motorcycle terrain, and virtual portfolio values are game feedback. Nothing on the site is investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. The service does not recommend securities, predict prices, execute transactions, hold funds, or create a brokerage relationship.

Market information may be delayed or incomplete

Historical names, symbols, prices, and dates may come from third-party sources. Data can be delayed, adjusted, unavailable, inaccurate, or subject to provider changes. Do not rely on game data for trading, valuation, reporting, or any decision involving real money.

Permitted use

You may use the public site for personal entertainment and ordinary sharing of results. You must follow applicable law and avoid conduct that harms the service or other users.

Prohibited conduct

You may not disrupt servers, bypass access controls, overload APIs, scrape at abusive rates, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, manipulate leaderboard records, automate fraudulent submissions, reverse engineer protected service components, or use the site to infringe another person's rights. We may restrict traffic or remove records when needed to protect availability and integrity.

Comments and player submissions

You remain responsible for comments, names, and other content you submit. You grant Stonk Rider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and moderate that content for operating and promoting the service. Do not submit confidential information, personal contact details, unlawful material, harassment, spam, deceptive claims, malware, or content you do not have permission to share.

We may remove or limit public content at our discretion, including content that is unsafe, irrelevant, misleading, abusive, duplicated, or technically harmful. We do not promise to review every submission before publication.

Scores, challenges, and virtual values

Scores, coins, virtual portfolio values, ranks, and challenge records have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for financial products. We may recalculate, remove, merge, or reset results affected by bugs, duplicate submissions, automated play, data problems, or rule changes. Displayed rankings do not create a right to permanent placement.

Intellectual property

The Stonk Rider name, interface, game logic, original graphics, written guides, and site code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws except where third-party materials or open-source licenses state otherwise. Company names, stock symbols, financial data, and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a company or asset does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Third-party services and links

The site depends on infrastructure, analytics, and market data services and may link to external websites. Third parties control their own availability, data practices, and terms. Stonk Rider is not responsible for third-party content, security, accuracy, or service interruptions.

Availability and changes

We may change tracks, controls, scoring, languages, pages, providers, APIs, or other features at any time. We may suspend or discontinue part or all of the service without notice. We do not guarantee that every ticker, browser, device, locale, historical period, or saved result will always remain available.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stonk Rider and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or financial losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

We may revise these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The latest revision date appears above. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised version for later use.
